"However I fancy drivers from further away will be using satnavs and they don't warn of week bridges etc. By the time they get to the bridge its too late to turn off." Is there a warning sign as you come off the A40 onto the one way system at Leamington Park, and again on the approach to Horn Lane down the hill at Leamington Park? If not, there should be. Could someone who has contacted police/local councillors about this problem perhaps suggest it to them? There should also be one on Horn Lane facing towards the junction of Noel Road to make clear to drivers leaving Noel Road that HGVs must not cross the rail bridge further up Horn Lane due to the weight restriction. Is there one here? Perhaps a sign should be put opposite the entrance to the industrial site on Horn Lane as well, facing it? Again, I think this all should be suggested to police/TFL/local councillors/Angie Bray. These people have the power to act and will pay attention if an MP and local councillors are copied in to emails.
