| Maimonades is reliably right of course and thank you Sara. Hs table covers a wide range of giving but doesn't tackle the idea that well being is affected by giving. I doubt such individuality was of much concern in his day. I found a tweet from Paul McKenna yesterday which claims that it requires five daily f loving kindness to affect personal well being. That is a lot of suitcases to be carried upstairs. Would smiling count do you think? |
