Actually - it's http://www.givemondays.com/ I was confused because it's supposed to be a blue envelope.

The idea is that, on a Monday, you put some money in a blue envelope -  a fiver or tenner - with an inspirational message and the website details and either leave it in a public place or give it to someone who looks miserable/in need or does something nice.

Then you log it and see if anyone posts.

I haven't done it yet but rather like the idea and the website.
