| Poor Vanessa has spoken to the police regarding the drinkers. The police will patrol the square on a daily basis over the next month, arresting the street drinkers each time they see them, resulting in ASBO's being issued and these people which will exclude them from the area. This is instead of issuing fines which are rarely if ever paid. The church will also report any drinkers using the steps of the building to the police and the measures described above will be put into place. |
