Anne - no it is not, if the community police can do a regular visit (which i am told they were doing so on a regular basis and now slowed/stopped doing this) and get the drunks outside the church - preferably before they start to pee etc there, make sure they dont go down to the left hand side of Morrisons and stop them sitting on the blocks then may be normal people can sit on them if they so wish but i have heard people saying that the blocks are a. not comfortable as to you slide on them b. dangerous corners to them. For a while the drunks stopped hanging about in this part of Acton but now they have come back. With regard to teaching our children etc, this would be good if the parents of today did control their children and they stop shouting and stomping their feet, running around with or without the scooters it would be safer for them. I was merely making a point of the general public not children. |
