| I just think it's incompetence. A friend of mine emailed fixmystreet about the Mount saying that it was full of drunks using it as a loo. Here's the response: "THank you for your email. The Community Support Section based in Acton have authorisation to move these people off as its an exclusion zone, and have been doing so. They are based above the main Post Office in Acton King Street. I have reported the urine problem to our street cleaning department on your behalf" So the people supposed to move the drunks can probably see them from their office window! I suggest knocking on the door of the Community Support Section and telling them to their faces it's their job to sort out - if necessary taking them around the corner to see the drinkers. If they get hassled enough it might give them the kick up the backside they clearly need. |
