| Irrespective of whether Building Research Establishment (BRE) are in private or public ownership, why are Liebore run Ealing Council not being diligent in how they enforce building regulations, and how they oversee the planning permissions that they have granted? Why did Liebore run Ealing Council give planning permission for the development on Rosebank Way, in the first place? It seems that Liebore run Ealing Council were/are just running dogs for any "old" developer, above all else. |
