| There are still a lot of buildings following the tragedy of Grenfell and the fires which preceded it such as Lakanal House which need remedial works and cladding upgrades. Their owners can't sell and they have to pay for waking watches. The building owners/landlords may have sold blocks on.and may be owned offshore. |
