| So there you have it (see front page story) - an increase in charges for visitors' parking. With the alteration in operating hours (which the council is obviously determined to force through regardless of the opinions of residents) they win hands down. And we all have to pay more for visitors, be they friends or essential vehicles belonging to tradespeople. |
