| No Jean, we do not have all e-mail addresses, but the council have all Streetwatcher names/addresses/e-mail addresses! If they can send out a newsletter to all Streetwatchers then they can send out information about their proposed changes to the way we are 'run'. Not sending out letters to us all might be because they want to save money, but as we haven't had a Winter Streetwatcher newsletter yet they could have done one and sent the information out with that! I see it as a ploy to sneak the changes in without anyone knowing. |
