| Right…..I’ve spoken to a different person at English Heritage this afternoon who also confirmed that a decision for listing Acton Baths was still pending. During this period the baths are NOT PROTECTED. He gave me a contact name at the Department of Culture, Media and Sport who I also spoke to. He checked the records and agreed that it was still pending and seemed somewhat surprised that a decision had not been made after such a considerable time (2003). He is going to investigate and promised to get back to me shortly. |
