If she had indeed been told this, why would she have bothered calling the salon back on more than one occasion only to be fobbed off with excuses as i stated in my opening post. She is sitting opposite me right now aghast at the owners statement...totally untrue. Once again he will no doubt try to defend himself....let him rattle...... |
