| Anne, my understanding is that the owner would have to apply for 'change of use'. Interested people are asked to come forward and say whether or not they agree/disagree by responding to the notices published on Ealing Council's web site. It would appear that no one complained so the Council agreed the change of use. I am surprised that the Council did not informally consult with the school. |
