| Nina, I thought that may be the case. How then does the Council maintain its complaints system? What happens when you complain? Is it logged and given a number? All complaints sent to customers@ealing.gov.uk are supposed to be logged and given a number. Are Ealing Council saying that according to this system no one is complaining via the customers@ealing.gov.uk system. We need to get all this sorted out. Again, I urge everyone with a complaint about whatever issue, however small, to ensure that it is logged on to customers@ealing.gov.uk. Anglea Jullings has suggested that this item be put on the agenda of the ACTON CENTRAL WARD FORUM - 17 SEPTEMBER - but our local Councillor is saying that Acton Park is in East Acton Ward - he's checking it out. In any case it effects us in our Ward and it needs to be raised at this meeting. Cross boundary working please Ealing Council. |
