| The Chair of the Council's Planning Committee told 10 of us residents on 12 September that lawyers had advised the Council not to contest the JLP development in West Ealing. Given that the Council was hammered legally in the nearby Manor Road tower appeal because it had no 5 year land supply plan and no annual reporting of home building completions, this would have been repeated in the JLP appeal. One wonders how close Ealing Planning Department is to be put into Special Measures by the Government? |
