| Really hope this goes ahead as it’s a great idea. Just a thought expanding on it this a bit, what about a campaign to bring life to Churchfield road by painting a row of shops/houses in Pastel colours? A la portobello road. This was done in an unloved high street in Leyton after the Olympics and has improved the areas image, attracted more businesses and tourists to the area and made it a more desirable place to live. I can see it working on the stretch between the Rocket pub and Sainsbury’s. Wouldn’t cost much but would a huge change to the area. Be good to know people’s thoughts |
