| The question people keep asking me after seeing the programme is this: You've been working every hour of the day for over a year to try and set up an outstanding state secondary school that will be accessible to all the children in your area. You're not being paid and there's no guarantee that your own children will even get in to the school. Yet in spite of this you're seen as the devil incarnate by the teaching unions, the left, the educational establishment, et al. Why is that? |
