They periodically close the line at weekends for engineering works and I believe the closures are on their website, probably easier to contact the Rail Officer at tfl as they operate the service and they will certainly know the dates of the planned engineering work, which is planned up to two years in advance. Do not let them fob you off saying they don't know, NR send out weekly bulletins on closures. You could then try and coordinate the tree felling with the engineering work |
