Thanks Marie. I've been in touch with Bill on one of the many occsions the work was supposed to happen. I feel I have a case for Network Rail carrying out the work a. because the overhead cables were installed after I moved in (tree pruning wasn't a problem before that) and b. because Network Rail has agreed to take responsibility for the work in the past. I wonder if writing to the local MP would have any effect..... |
