| That sign is probably there because of the weak acton main line bridge (17T?). I'd guess that horn lane ranks so high in the pollution scales, not simply by being a busy road, but by having heavy industry located so near to the pollution sensor. The amount of dust generated from the waste transfer station (and other areas?) adjacent to the station is frightening - as evidenced from the layer grime that builds up on my car in a week. |
