| I have always found Age UK helpful with finding the answers to all sorts of problems. There are people who should be on the priority registers of the utility companies and the utility companies as they are more vulnerable. You are also told to always discuss with your utility company when you have a problem paying your bill. This is to ensure that your electricity etc is not cut off without them taking extra care to make sure that you are OK. However these utilities are increasing run by AI in an effort to reduce costs (to them or to us you may ask) and so it is important for neighbours to keep an eye out for each other. There is nothing quite like community! Bravo Jean for taking the challenge and caring! |
