| An elderly lady living nearby has a pre-paid meter. but her current provider expects her to pay by direct debit or via the internet, she does not use direct debit or have internet access' Does anyone know which company provides help for residents who have a pre-paid meter. I am not sure how to advise her. Please help. Thank you. |
