People might be to busy, elderly or disabled so unable to tend a garden, untidy gardens aren't generally allowed by the Councils any more which is a good thing so people are going for the easy option. The paved drives do look better with a flower bed or two, I left two on my drive which
Is all I can cope with now but if they need parking spaces they won't have room for flower beds.
