I have an old poster on my notice board which tells me in a flash how to separate waste. A new one is needed for the website. The website has plenty of useful information which takes ages to wade through. Who has time in a busy world to tramp through all of this?

Poor communication skills plus poor delivery skills are evidence of poor management skills.

Ealing’s Business plan for 2012 – 2013 says

Why Do We Do It?

The overall purpose of the Council’s Environment and Leisure Directorate is to satisfy its customers:

‘To deliver a cleaner, safer, greener and more accessible public realm’

Achieving this involves working closely with a range of other Council Departments, along with external partners, businesses and the local community.

The Director has failed on KPIs. He should resign.
