Thought I'd wade into this via a formal online complaint via, what I thought, would be Everyone Active HQ. But my feedback got filtered back to local management. Paul Palmer's answer to my complaint (no longer available to me: I didn't copy it) and my reply. Customer Feedback Our Comments 09/02/2020 18:13 Hi Susan i am fully aware of the thread, and only 4 people now 5 including yourself have complained directly. given we have 20,000 visits to the pool alone each month this is a very small percentage of users who don't like the music. however as fedback to the other individuals who have passed comment, we are about to install streamed music service, which will allow us to chose the genre type played in the pool. Once this is done a more relaxing genre will be played. hope this answers your questions? Please add your feedback below : Perhaps introduce some muzak-free blocks of time? Why be so adamant about imposing music of whatever genre on everyone when clearly there is opposition to it. And, as you well know, many of your customers lodge complaints to reception and, well, that is often where those complaints stay. ----- So, it appears credence is only given if we compain "directly".
