| Well, having finally signed my husband up, so that we both now have accounts with Ealing Council. When I log in, parking permit information is not one of the services available. I then found somewhere on the Ealing Council site a place to log in for parking permit information, but when I tried to log in, it only gives an option to start a new application. I am not stupid, but this website makes me doubt my ability and my sanity. Before the system changed I am sure I logged in and it was quite simple. I did call as I was told before, left a message, but missed the call back, so I am now having to call again,leave another message and hope I don't miss the next call. It is so stressful. I just want to log on and see when my permit expires. |
