Since paper permits were done away with, I find it more important than ever that the on line service is user friendly but I don't think it is. We have two cars in our household one is registered to me and I am the person who is registered to use the Parking Services on line thingy. However, I don't know how to check up on my husbands car, i.e. when the permit expires etc. I sent an e-mail to someone on 13th February and have just received a reply, telling me to ring a phone number and leave a message, after which someone will get back to me within 3 days. How can this be an acceptable way to run anything? |
