| Phillipa, I spoke to someone at Ealing, a miracle in itself. You can call on 0208 825 6677 option 6, and they call you back, quite quickly in my case. They are helpful and you can call from a landline as I understand it to book visitors parking, although the RingGo option is more flexible. I was told they are changing to a new pay to park system next month, so maybe not worth stressing yourself out trying to sign up to RingGo. Please try and speak to someone to confirm this information. They accept that the on line system is bad and hopefully will be changed at some point. |
