The part about buying the books not knowing the content is true but I admit......I have read them and they are my books!

Sara, good question! I think for 2 reasons:  if the publishers thought the first book worth 2 sequels, then it must be good!  Secondly, I rarely get time to shop and almost always buy in bulk!  :-)
