This has been reported to Streetwatchers. The side gate has been broken, the front grid removed, lights on upstairs.

When a property is empty and grids are put up this only attracts squatters - surely much better to make the property appear as though someone is residing there?

We had awful problems in the past with a large empty property which attracted squatters, fly tipping, theft of lead from the roof and so on. Finally the residents kept on at the Housing Association who were leaving this building to rot.

In the end it was sold at auction now renovated and new residents living there.

It brings the whole neighbourhood down when properties are left in this state.
