| If we didn't have such a Grossly Incompetent Council this wouldn't be an issue. Any competent, money aware Council would ensure saplings are watered, either via subcontractors or something else more reliable than just "adopt a tree." Only a useless, money wasting and grossly incompetent Council like Liebore controlled LBE would plant saplings at great expense, and then just leave them to fend for themselves. |
