This doesn't make sense. I know it's Ealing Council so not much makes sense, but have they given any reason? Are they taking over the site to run themselves or, knowing them, building 40000 flats on the tennis courts? I know the laws on business lease extensions means businesses have no recourse for this, so it's a shame, but wondering what reason the council gave, if any, for not renewing the lease. |
