| Ealing council has served an eviction notice on the Samurai Football and Tennis Club on North Acton playing fields. In 2017, Ealing Council issued a decision letter expressing support for a lease extension through 2043 — an agreement later followed up with signed Heads of Terms and a draft lease in 2024. Based on these assurances, the Academy invested over £150,000 into significant improvements to the site, including the construction of a 3G pitch and building refurbishment. Despite this, on March 25, 2025, the Academy received an eviction notice without prior consultation or justification.
