| Yesterday was a new low - four hour delays between Paddington and Acton Mainline. It was a collapsing overhead wires problem though - that is network rail rather than tfl or attributable to the Mayor. Lack of investment into the infrastructure seems to have been at the root of the problem. Not that helps frustrated travellers. |
