| We were all delighted to hear from the Banking Hub people this morning. " to let you know that we have had our offer on the lease accepted for the Banking Hub. The landlord is currently doing some construction work to separate the two existing units but we have both signed an ‘agreement to lease’, and we expect to sign the final lease and be given the keys by the end of March. We expect to open to the early summer should the refit work go to plan – we’ve appointed builders. Once we have the keys we will be able to do some publicity, get posters up and really start making the Hub come alive for Acton" Good news for Acton, for the Oaks and grateful thanks to everyone who persisted in keeping Acton in the front of Banking minds. |
