Unfortunately we seem to have one of the worst Morrison's stores! I have it on good authority that they are bottom of the 'league table', which judges stores on things such as cleanliness, tidiness, stock, staff helpfulness etc. Mystery shoppers from head office and the general public visit all the stores and they are graded. Acton Morrison's fails to score more than 1 point! I also know that some of the problems are caused by head office and the poor system of stock control and deliveries. My brother, who works for a branch of Morrison's in Surrey, often complains about wrong items being sent to them, or items not being sent at all. They have invested in some new stock control technology - hand held 'tablet' devices, but from what I understand these are not great either! Carl is right that other supermarkets charge wrongly - and some of them are nearly as untidy as Morrison's!
