| The management/company as such is pathetic - the staff at the local shop have to alert base that prices are charged incorrectly, for them to change it in the computer system. I queue up twice a month at least by their totally understaffed service point/cigarette place, only to find the most lovely people trying to make up for what is a fault in the system. Morrisons in Acton have lovely staff - shame about the company... |
