| My understanding is that the person running the driving school(landlord)let the space above his premise to the person purchasing and selling drugs. Wouldn't the landlord have found out what his tenant was going to be using his premise for before he let it to him. Wouldn't that have been contained within in the lease? When interviewed the landlord denied knowing what was going on above his shop. My concern is that if parcels of drugs were being delivered to the premise, and were being stored there for any length of time for onward transmission - was the premise secure. What are the rules and regulations concerning such things? |
