| There's a total blockade looming - December 18th till early January which I think means no service at all through Acton Central for about a fortnight. Plus notices still says the underpass will be closed til the spring. I nobbled out local manager when he paid a state visit this week and he says he can't understand why the underpass can possibly need to be closed so long, has protested and been comprehensively ignored. I have written to LOROL (with community association hat on) but fear it won't make much odds. After all we are merely the paying and travelling customers so why should anyone care if we are put to huge inconvenience? |
