| Marylebone Road is currently showing level 2, Sara, while Horn Lane is showing level 5. I wouldn't disagree with his statement that vehicle pollution is likely to be a greater threat, but that is because vehicle pollution is widespread, whereas the Horn Lane pollution is localised. How local is open to question. Think of a footprint, analogous to an aircraft noise footprint, outside which vehicle pollution predominates. |
