| " and you said... " Me? If she was a friend or relative, I would have said something to her. If I thought telling that particular person dropping litter was wrong, and she would never do it again, I would have done so. If I thought that telling particular person, her not dropping litter would instantly make all of the litter in Acton disappear, I would have told her. We've all seen hundreds of people dropping litter over the years. If I told everybody I see dropping litter that they should not, I'd be either dead, or regularly taken to hospital in the back of an ambulance. My responsibility is not to drop litter myself. She, was a grotty slob, far too busy stuffing her face with chips. |
