The Guardian article, which you didn't link to, seems to be http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/2010/jun/16/resident-local-websites-council-services The sites mentioned by the article, in my judgement, are more positive and enthusiastic than actonw3.com. In which case, an extra page devoted to actonw3 whinges might be less productive than a page emphasising positive aspects of Acton.
