Last year I spoke to Ealing homes about another missing tenant in my building and they were actually very uninterested, informing me that even if a person goes into prison that they would continue to pay things like housing benefit etc and as far as I am aware, nobody attended the property. There was post in the communal hallway more than a year old. Late last year, the tenant showed up at the property, collected some of their post, left lots of rubbish in the communal front garden and disappeared again! and the property still seems to be 'theirs', so I have no idea how Ealing homes operate! Might be worth calling the police on the non-emergency number, 0300 123 1212 and they would send some officers round to conduct a welfare check on the property. |
