As I understood it there would be a HS2 stop at NEC/Birmingham Airport as well as Curzon Street. I may be going by out of date maps.

As for the interchange, the last I read there would be a link with the Elizabeth Line but it would be quite a walk to the HS2 platform. I don't know what impact this might have on Acton Mainline schedules but I'm sure they will be tempted to increase the express services from Heathrow at the expense of stopping services.
