| Anywhere where the food box says 'Ealing Food Bank' or references the Trussell Trust will work, though there's no guarantee it will end up in Acton with other banks in Ealing, Southall, Greenford & Northolt. Disturbingly, the Ealing area is the busiest in the Trussell Trust's London work, which is surprising given that much of the area is quite affluent. I tend to get things at Tesco in Ealing as they add extra -- as much as 20% I think. Ealing Food Bank has been Tweeting pictures lately of empty shelves at the warehouse in Hanwell and we have run out of many things on the last three shifts I've worked. Hard times. |
