There is a real increase in noise but I am surprised Avenue House is not concerned about the vibrations caused by the massive piling operation to put in foundations for the Verdean Community towers. Maybe they think it is the physical manifestation of the promised property value increases.
The officially listed unsafe social housing is shaking violently and while Catalyst's had Maldon Demolition blow dust from grinding down rubble onto them rather than over Acton Mainline and Avenue House I would have thought there would have been more concern about the impact of road closures.
Catalyst is currently building over night accommodation for the drivers who are bringing all the steel over from Poland over the next 8 years. |
