| It was probably on this site that you saw the coverage of the issue: http://www.actonw3.com/default.asp?section=community&spage=common/eaparking006.htm It looks like you would have a good chance of a refund if they didn't send you an email reminder. Very frustrating that they continue with the policy of automatically rejecting appeals even when they are clearly made on grounds which they could easily check the veracity of. It is a policy of wasting residents' time in the hope of raising a bit more money. |
