| How come friends living in other countries manage to change their homes so that they can accommodate their married children giving them privacy and making their own space smaller? People are trying to make as much money as they can out of their land. From the developers' point of view the more units they have the more money they can make. Land is expensive and planning is expensive. And then you get this: https://www.wired.co.uk/article/airbnb-scam-london Now tell me that the recycling and waste is being dealt with legally in this sort of situation. |
