| The tiny house next to me is being enlarged and turned into 2 tiny flats. The cost must be immense....but then look at what a tiny flat costs. The council approves this as they will then get more tax but I think there are a lot of people who want a house and not a flat. I don't think any of this flat-building policy is going to solve the housing shortage. Most of them are empty as nobody, apart from wealthy foreigners, can afford them. |
