Who knows but they are using them to publicise their preferred option for the libraries. As for the Local Implementation Plan, anyone living in a CPZ will be in for a nasty shock, especially if they currently have a short hours zone. Local small businesses will be surprised when their custom from passing drivers dries up when free stop and shop parking disappears. Anyone finding the state of the roads and pavements a disgrace and a hazard to health and property can not expect money to be spent on much needed improvements and repairs. But that’s alright because we’re going to get miles of very expensive cycle lanes instead. |
